Majority of people consume different fruits daily. Some eat bananas and apples, while some consume pineapple and oranges. This is absolutely good for their health but it is important to know which fruits and which combinations of fruits would be the best for our body.
Below you can see how to prepare a fruit salad which will provide you different vitamins and nutrients, because when these fruits are eaten in conjunction they provide far more health benefits.
For this simple salad you will need:
- Some natural honey
- 2 bananas
- 1 pound of sliced strawberries
- 6 ounces of blackberries
- 1 pound of pineapple
- 12 ounces of blueberries
- 4 kiwis( in slices)
- 4 mandarin oranges
- Lime juice
All what you need to do is to take a bowl and mix all the fruits in it. Take another bowl and put in it the honey and lime. After you mix them you should apply it to the fruit salad entirely.
