1 whole chicken (cut into serving pcs)
2 tbs curry powder or according to taste
2 cups Coconut Milk
3 medium potatoes, cubed
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 medium onion, chopped
salt and pepper to taste
dash of turmeric powder
2 tbsp cooking oil, for sauteing

In a large pan, saute the garlic and onion. Add chicken and cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring continuously. Add the curry powder. Cook a bit more before adding the coconut milk. Bring to a boil, then add potatoes and bell peppers and cook for another 15 minutes or till the potatoes are tender. Lower heat and simmer for another 10 minutes. Season with ground pepper, turmeric and salt. Serve with steamed rice.
